The government has a scheme to assist in paying for legal costs called Community Legal Service. If you request it, the court may order the costs to be paid by the person you have taken to court.
How long does it take to get Public Funding?
Grants Solicitors are franchised, which means that in appropriate circumstances we can authorise emergency public funding straight away. Emergency Public Funding lasts only until a decision has been taken on your full application for Public Funding.
